This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our product, including any updates, modifications, new releases, and related documentation.
Before installing or using our product, please carefully read this Agreement. By clicking the "ACCEPT" or "ADD" button (or any similar button) and installing the product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the class action waiver and arbitration provision in the Dispute Resolution section. If you do not agree to the terms, you cannot use our product.
We may update or amend this Agreement from time to time at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes. Changes to this Agreement will be effective on the "Last Modified" date. Continuing to use the product after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If acting on behalf of a corporation, you have the authority to bind it to this Agreement. You also confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement: at least 13 years old if you're in the United States, or at least 16 years old if you're in the EU. If you're in another jurisdiction, you must be above the legal age defined as "child" under applicable law. We may request proof of age at any time to ensure compliance. If you're under 18, please review this Agreement with your parent or guardian.
Our product is a browser extension that blocks various types of ads, including pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads, and video ads. Please note that we do not control, monitor, or verify the advertising content or websites where such ads appear.
We grant you a non-commercial, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the product, provided you comply with this Agreement. We reserve all rights to our product, including all trademarks, software, code, documentation, and derivative works. You may not alter, delete, or remove any intellectual property notices, and we reserve the right to disable access to the product if it infringes on intellectual property rights.
You warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of the device on which the product is installed and that you will use the product in accordance with our instructions and applicable laws.

The product is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranty regarding the availability, security, or freedom from harmful components. Use of the product is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damages to your device or loss of data.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the product or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective when you start using the product and can be terminated by either party at any time. We may terminate this Agreement without notice for any reason, and you may discontinue use by uninstalling the product. Upon termination, any data related to your use of the product may be destroyed.
We may modify or update the product at our discretion without prior notice. The product may automatically update itself to improve functionality or fix bugs. You agree to receive such updates. However, we are not obligated to provide updates or bug fixes.
Your use of the product may involve the collection of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the issue isn't resolved, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and class action. The arbitration will take place in New York, and this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign our rights at our discretion.
